There are no hidden shipping costs imposed by Zellberry. We provide free shipping to all orders placed from the US, UK, EU, Canada & Australia. For the rest of the world, a shipping cost of $39.99 is charged.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email that includes all the information regarding your order.
We ship worldwide, except for a few location including Israel & Russia.
Money-Back Guarantee is only available in cases where you do not receive your parcel or we have sent you a different size / damaged item.
It usually take 7 to 8 days for an order after it has been dispatched. And the production time is based on the shipping method selected.

The exchange is valid only for 7 days from the date of delivery. The customer is liable to bear the shipping for the returns.

All of our products are made-to-order, we offer the option of custom size on all of our products. Custom sizes add $20 to the total order amount.

We mainly use FedEx and DHL for most of our shipments. However, we use some other ones too, whichever gives us the option of fastest route.
