Is it possible to make changes to my order after it has been placed?

All of our products are made-to-order and we don’t keep anything in stock.  However, we understand that situations can change, and we are committed to accommodating your request. Although, we don’t accept cancellations, feel free to contact us through email or WhatsApp and we’ll let you know if anything is possible.

 
Is there a Money-Back Guarantee policy?

Money-Back Guarantee is only available in cases where you do not receive your parcel or we have sent you a different size / damaged item.

Are there any promo codes or special offers available?

We offer different promo codes throughout the year, based on the all seasons and holidays.

 
Do you offer custom sizes?

All of our products are made-to-order, we offer the option of custom size on all of our products. Custom sizes add $20 to the total order amount.

 
Which courier services do you use?

We mainly use FedEx and DHL for most of our shipments. However, we use some other ones too, whichever gives us the option of fastest route.

How can I receive refunds in case of returns?

Refunds processing can take up to 6-7 business days. You will be refunded though the original form of payment.
